The Stroke Style Menu

The Stroke Style Menu is the sixth menu from the left in Leonardo. To access the Stroke Style Menu tap the sixth tool from the left and either hold your stylus down for one second or make an upward stroke with your stylus, like making a shift stroke.

The Stroke Style Menu allows you to select the properties of your stroke. You can select a stroke style prior to drawing a shape or line, or, if you have an object selected and you change the stroke properties the new properties will be applied to the selected object.

Set Solid Stroke Width

Solid Stroke Widths

These three icons allow you to select the solid stroke and set your desired width. You can select from thin, medium or thick, from left to right respectively. You can set other widths using the Custom Stroke Selector, which is located at the top of the Stroke Style Menu. To select a solid stroke width just tap on the appropriate icon. Once you have set the solid stroke width you then need to select an appropriate tool to begin drawing.

These three icons allow you to select the dashed stroke and set your desired width. You can set other widths using the Custom Stroke Selector, which is located at the top of the Stroke Style Menu. To select a dashed stroke width just tap on the appropriate icon. Once you have set the dashed stroke width you then need to select an appropriate tool to begin drawing.

These three icons allow you to select the dotted stroke and set your desired width. You can set other widths using the Custom Stroke Selector, which is located at the top of the Stroke Style Menu. To select a dotted stroke width just tap on the appropriate icon. Once you have set the dotted stroke width you then need to select an appropriate tool to begin drawing.

Tapping this icon opens the "Select Stroke" dialogue. This dialogue box allows you to set the stroke width for Solid, Dotted or Dashed strokes.

You will see this:

To select the line type i.e. Solid, Dotted or Dashed, tap the appropriate button then enter a width, then tap the "OK" button. The maximum stroke width is 99 pixels. Once you have completed your selection you then need to select an appropriate tool to begin drawing.
